​Edmonton's Up + Downtown Music Festival Reveals Initial 2016 Lineup

Up + Downtown Music Festival is slated to return to Edmonton from October 7 to 9, and organizers have just rolled out the initial lineup for this year's fourth annual event.
 
Topping the bill are Basia Bulat, Tokyo Police Club and White Lung. Throughout the weekend, they'll be joined by tons of other Canadian and international talent from across an array of genres. These include the following:

Mutoid Man, Shadowy Men on a Shadowy Planet, the Sadies, Michael Bernard Fitzgerald, If These Trees Could Talk, Expire, HUMANS, Oh Pep!, Royal Canoe, Our Mercury, Living with Lions, Drive By Punch, the Yawpers, Carsick Cars, Faith Healer, Ben Stevenson, Jim Bryson, Lab Coast, the Hearts, Dragon Fli Empire, Samantha Savage Smith, N3K, Mitchmatic, Walrus, Miesha & the Spanks, Switches, Nature Of, Sabota, Max Ulis, Sam Spades, Gary Debussy, Youth Decay, Carpenter, Dri Hiev, Chui wan, Alpine Decline, Counterfeit Jeans, Borys, McGowan Family Band, Zebra Pulse, Banshee, Mortality Rate, Concealer, Electricity for Everybody!, Altameda, Labour, Wares, Mohsin Zaman, Jody Shenkarek, the Den, and Kinetic Phorm.
