We're dying of anticipation for Mark Frost and David Lynch's forthcoming new season of Twin Peaks, and while we've still got a few months before its 2017 premiere, the show's full cast has been unveiled.
New York Times culture reporter David Itzkoff shared the full cast list from Showtime, and it's packed with returning actors and new special guests.
Music fans will note that the new Twin Peaks has some fascinating characters. In addition to returning performer Julee Cruise, whose iconic sound defined the original show, the show also lists musicians like Sky Ferreira, Chromatics' Ruth Radelet, Trent Reznor (alongside his wife and collaborator Mariqueen), Sharon Van Etten and Eddie Vedder as stars.
Other notable cast members on board include Jim Belushi, Michael Cera, Amanda Seyfried, Charlyne Yi and many others. They'll join most of the show's original cast.
