Long-running hardcore bruisers Earth Crisis have announced some tour dates for April and May. And it looks like us folks north of the border better dust off that Firestorm seven-inch and memorize some lyrics, because vocalist Karl Buechner is gonna be pointing his mic in our direction soon.
The band will hit up Quebec City and Toronto on this jaunt, which features support from First Blood and Thick As Blood. A full list of tour dates is below.
Earth Crisis are touring in support of their latest long-player, 2009's To the Death, which is their first since reforming in 2007, and also their first for Century Media Records. The band, who originally broke up in 2001, are known for their relentless hardline stance in regards to straight-edge and vegan issues. Oh, and insane amounts of open-E chugging in their heavy, metallic hardcore.
The band will head overseas shortly after the North American dates, playing Hellfest on June 19, the With Full Force Festival on July 3, and various headlining dates around those fests.
