Dynamite Boy Dynamite Boy

Kicking out 12 tracks of the kind of hooky pop punk they’re known for, Dynamite Boy have become master of their domain, writing songs that are catchy without being boring. While the band makes an effort to include original moments in each song, the tracks inevitably return back to the tried and true formula of songs past. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing; the band isn’t about to try and fix what isn’t broken. "Long Since Forgotten,” the album’s closing track, featuring the vocal talents of Stella Maxwell, is a testament to the songwriting power of the band. In the end, this is enjoyable pop punk that doesn’t give you the chance to find a reason to really dislike it. Unless you already do. (Fearless)
