Last fall, dance-minded Montreal punks Duchess Says delivered their sophomore effort In a Fung DAY T!, but the band's next step sees them casting their gaze back to their past, as they're about to release their debut disc Anthologie Des 3 Perchoirs on vinyl.
Originally pressed on CD in 2008 on Alien8 Recordings, the vinyl version of Anthologie Des 3 Perchoirs comes courtesy of Machette Records, and it will hit retailers May 29. Like its successor, the 13-song set is said to be driven by the group's raw energy and vocalist Annie-Claude Deschênes's "whirlwind of banshee wails."
