Drake's favourite high school teacher has congratulated the Toronto rapper on his latest chart accomplishment โ€” beating out the Beatles for the most Top 10 songs in a single year.

Drizzy shared a screenshot of a text message conversation with his former teacher, in which she sent him a link to a story about the new Billboard record and congratulated him. She also asked what 16- or 17-year-old Drake would have thought about present day Drake's accomplishments.

"I don't think my 16 or 17 year old self would comprehend," he replied. "I would just want a Nestea and to figure out how I can turn my 61% into a 73% ASAP."

Drake broke the record by earning 12 Top 10 singles this year between the release of Scorpion and his guest features with the likes of Migos, Lil Baby, BlocBoy JB and Bad Bunny.

So far, his songs to reach the Top 10 in 2018 are: "God's Plan," "Diplomatic Immunity," "Look Alive," "Walk It Talk It," "Nice for What," "Yes Indeed," "Nonstop," "I'm Upset," "Emotionless," "Don't Matter to Me," "In My Feelings" and "MIA."
