Drake Set to Open "The Ballet" Strip Club in Houston
Over the weekend, Drake dropped a new video for VIEWS cut "Childs Play," and in it he gets cheesecaked in the face by Tyra Banks before hitting up a Houston strip club to escape the drama. The Toronto rapper is now turning that video's fantasy into an everyday reality by opening a strip club of his own.

Via Instagram, Drake teased an event called "The Ballet" that was to take place in Houston on September 5, and it's now become clear it was a pop-up event to announce the opening of a brand new club of the same name.

Billed as a "new dance experience," Drizzy insists that The Ballet about celebrating culture and dancing, "not about no strip club shit." Instead, he bills it as a place "where the women are on a pedestal and the surroundings are unforgettable."

"It's about these amazing women that we've got in one spot, this music we've got, this Houston culture that we got," his Instagram post continued. "And I just wanna let you know that, me, I'm going to bring it to you in the most honest and genuine way possible."

Following last night's pop-up event and announcement, the Houston club is slated to open early next year.

It's not totally clear if this is what Drake had in mind when he suggested that everyone "get along like they do in Canada," and there's certainly no word yet on whether patrons will be able to tip with Shoppers Optimum Points.
