Drake Is Lending His Private Jet to the Sacramento Kings to Fly to India

BY Sarah MurphyPublished Sep 30, 2019

The Sacramento Kings will meet the Indiana Pacers in Mumbai to play the first-ever NBA games in India later this week, and it turns out they'll be arriving in style — on Drake's private jet.

The Toronto rapper has lent the team his $185 million Boeing 767-200ER — affectionately known as "Air Drake" — for their trip.

Team owner Vivek Ranadive reportedly hooked up the fancy 20-hour flight.

The Kings will face off against the Pacers for two preseason games in Mumbai, on Friday (October 4) and Saturday (October 5).

Only time will tell if Drizzy if lending out the plane as a nice gesture or an attempt to get the Drake curse going before his beloved Toronto Raptors even hit the court to defend their NBA championship.
