Drake Drops 'If You're Reading This It's Too Late' Mixtape

BY Gregory AdamsPublished Feb 13, 2015

Rumours were circling across the internet this afternoon (February 12) that Drake's new mixtape would be dropping today, and sure enough it has. A late evening launch over iTunes has gifted rap fans Drizzy's If You're Reading This It's Too Late.

News of the tape first came through Toronto Raptors player DeMar DeRozan late last year, though very few details were given up at the time. Earlier in the morning, Drake delivered the epic "Jungle" short film, and it's now confirmed that the track appears on the project. Also included in the 17-song cycle set is the previously delivered "6 God," though neither "Heat of the Moment" or "How Bout Now" made it onto the collection.

Elsewhere, OVO teammate PARTYNEXTDOOR pops by on "Preach," Lil Wayne adds some words to "Used To," and Travis $cott guests on "Company." Beat work and production has been provided to the tape by Noah "40" Shebib, Boi-1da, Frank Dukes, Wondagurl, PARTYNEXTDOOR, Vinylz and more.

While If You're Reading This It's Too Late is available for $12.99 on iTunes, Drake is also streaming the whole tape on his OVO blog.

UPDATE: Drake has now pulled the streams from his blog, but you can hear it on Spotify below.
