Drake's no stranger to trying to woo famous ladies, having been romantically linked to the likes of Rihanna, Serena Williams and Jennifer Lopez, but it turns out he didn't have such great luck with supermodel Heidi Klum.
Klum appeared on Ellen today, revealing that after she had declared her crush on him on a previous episode of Ellen, the Toronto rapper texted her and asked her out on a date — and she never responded.
"Someone who I know, knows him, and I guess he asked to have my number, and then he texted me," Klum explained.
Unfortunately for Drizzy, his message came just days after Klum met and began dating Tokio Hotel guitarist Tom Kaulitz.
"I was like 'Oh, my gosh this is so weird,'" she said. "But then, I never texted him back because I found the love of my life."
Klum added, "Sorry, Drake. You snooze, you lose. He was basically like a week too late."
The model went on to offer a more sincere apology, looking into the camera and saying, "Drake, I'm sorry I didn't text you back, but you're cool. I still love your music."
