Drake Announces 'Certified Lover Boy' Album, Shares Lil Durk Collab "Laugh Now Cry Later"

Watch the opulent video, which was filmed at Nike HQ

Drake has been teasing a new album for some time, and now it has a title and a single. The record is called Certified Lover Boy, and the Toronto rap god has released the single "Laugh Now Cry Later," featuring Lil Durk.

The song finds the Toronto rapper in crooner mode, with grand, faux-horn synths and a mellow, trap-minded beat that sound like quintessential Drake. Let's just say he sings "baby" a lot.

The opulent video doubles as a glorified Nike ad, as Drizzy visits Nike's HQ in Oregon to shoot some hoops, throw around a football and show off a slightly stiff but mostly half-decent baseball swing. He rides jet skis with Lil Durk and does some shoe shopping, and there are lots of instantly GIF-able moments of comedy where Drake gets tackled or bawls his eyes out.

Certified Lover Boy doesn't yet have a release date. This new single follows recent guest spots on two tracks by Popcaan and two more by DJ Khaled. He put out his Dark Lane Demo Tapes mixtape back in the spring.
