Do Make Say Think Share Their First-Ever Music Video

BY Brock ThiessenPublished Jun 8, 2017

Despite make grand rock gestures for over two decades, Do Make Say Think have never actually released a music video — something that's now finally changed. Throwing some more weight behind their recently released Stubborn Persistent Illusions, DMST have unloaded a music vid for album track "As Far as the Eye Can See."

The clip was crafted by the band's Charles Spearin, who shared the following note about the new video:

As Far As The Eye Can See:

How do you learn to trust? How do you steer when all you can see is a rear-view mirror?
This video is a lighthearted exploration of fear and courage and having your world turned on its head. based on a poem by Guillaume Apollinaire:

"Come to the edge," he said.
"We can't, we're afraid!" they responded.
"Come to the edge," he said.
"We can't, We will fall!" they responded.
"Come to the edge," he said.
And so they came.
And he pushed them.
And they flew."
