D.O.A. Get Set for More "Final Tour" Dates

BY Gregory AdamsPublished Jan 7, 2013

Last fall, D.O.A. founder Joe "Shithead" Keithley announced that following some touring, he was putting the long-running punk legends on ice for the next little while to focus on his political career. In case you missed out on those September and October dates, D.O.A. are giving fans another chance to circle pit to "The Prisoner" starting this month.

The band kick off their impending itinerary with a hometown gig at Vancouver's Rickshaw Theatre on January 18 but will hit up Vancouver Island, BC's Gulf Islands, California, and a handful of tour stops in Alberta before the end of February. You can check out the details down below.

Keithley tweeted that this will be it, at least before the BC NDP's March 3 nomination meeting. The punker is eyeing a seat in the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia, representing the Coquitlam-Burke Mountain riding. If elected, Keithley supposes he could be tied up for the next several years.
