D.O.

"Never Gets Old" (ft. Maestro Fresh Wes) (video)

BY Gregory AdamsPublished Feb 6, 2015

As could be expected, D.O. (a.k.a. Defy the Odds) is delivering love to his hometown in the latest video behind last year's Down Home and brings Maestro Fresh Wes out to party in Sarnia for "Never Gets Old."

After picking up the Maestro form Sarnia Chris Hadfield Airport, D.O. proceeds to deliver his lyrics from beneath bridges and on boardwalks. While his guest is gussied-up in a parka, D.O. drops bars wearing just a hoodie and a T-shirt ("Ain't no matter the weather, man, we out in the cold," he quips.) They take things inside later on, though, to play arcade golf and pound back a few Coors Banquets.

"The track – and the video – are about having that same love for hip-hop as when you started," D.O. tells Exclaim! "It was great to go back to my hometown to shoot the video and kick it with the same crew I hung out with when I was a teenager."

You'll find those good times down below in the Illvibe-directed video.
