DJ Shadow is set to return this summer with The Mountain Will Fall, and since giving us a taste of what to expect from the record by sharing his Run the Jewels collab "Nobody Speak," the producer has now unveiled a spacy video for the title track.
The out-of-this-world clip shows a lone astronaut floating across a darkened planet before hurtling towards a galaxy unknown. The video was created and directed by Territory Studios, who have also worked on films such as The Martian, Guardians of the Galaxy and Avengers: Age of Ultron, as well as videogames like Forza, Need for Speed, Killzone and more.
"The peaceful and long momentum of the song inspired us to create something very unanimated and mysterious," said director Marti Romances in a statement. "The part we like the most is where we see the astronaut being shot into hyperspace and then we see that being part of that cosmic constellation at the end."
The Mountain Will Fall is set to arrive on June 24 through Mass Appeal. Watch the video for the title track below.
