DJ Rashad's Teklife Crew Ready 'Next Life' Compilation for Hyperdub

Earlier this year, influential footwork producer DJ Rashad sadly died of a drug overdose at the age of 34. His influence lives on, however, with the arrival of a new compilation from his Teklife crew.

Called Next Life, the new Teklife compilation includes 20 tracks from Rashad's friends and collaborators, including Traxman, DJ Earl, DJ Spinn, Tripletrain, Sirr Tmo and many more. Rashad also makes a posthumous appearance on "OTS."

The compilation will be released in Rashad's memory, with all of its proceeds going toward Rashad's son Chad.

Next Life will arrive on November 11 via Hyperdub.
