The Dirty Nil Unveil 'Higher Power' Album, Share New Song

Hamilton rockers the Dirty Nil had already signed to Dine Alone Records for their debut album, Higher Power, and now they've shared the full details behind the set, which is due to arrive on February 26.

The record was produced by Greys frontman Shehzaad Jiwani and Adam Bentley. The results were mixed by studio guru John Goodmanson (Sleater-Kinney, Death Cab for Cutie, Bikini Kill).

The Dirty Nil said in a statement, "Finally the chance to assemble a dynamic and unified set of songs, this is us right here and now. A chance to stretch our legs and explore new pastures of distortion. Here we are, raggedly in the red. Higher Power than your band."

That's the album cover above and the 11-song tracklist below. The previously shared cut "No Weaknesses" appears here as the opening cut. Additionally, the band have shared the second track, "Zombie Eyed," which is a massive-sounding, punk-tinged alt-rock crusher. That track is streaming at the bottom of the page, along with "No Weaknesses."
