Dirty Beaches Announces North American September Tour, Plays Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal
Dirty Beaches' outstanding new double album, Drifters/Love Is the Devil, was inspired by extensive touring, and now the well-travelled experimentalist has confirmed plans to promote it with — you guessed it — a bunch of North American tour dates.

The outing will last for most of September, when songwriter Alex Zhang Hungtai and his band will travel through North America. Most of the dates are in the U.S., but the schedule includes Canadian shows in Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver. All of the shows are with SISU, while Chasms are on board for the second half of the trek. See the schedule below.

According to a press release, Dirty Beaches will be selling a limited-edition cassette version of Drifters/Love Is the Devil while on tour.
