Diplo has announced its time for some career retrospective. On January 26, the producer/remixer extraordinaire will release Decent Work for Decent Pay: Collected Works: Volume One, a 16-track collection that compiles some of his best solo offerings, as well as Diplo remixes for the likes of Daft Punk, M.I.A., Black Lips, Bloc Party, Hot Chip, Peter Bjorn and John, and a pile of others.
Along with a download version of the release, Big Dada/Ninja Tune will press the compilation on CD, which will come with a few nifty add-ons. Packaged with the physical version will be digital bonus material, such as high quality MP3 versions of the Diplo originals "Percao, "Baby and "Diplo Rhythm, as well as a remix of Spoons "Dont You Evah, and a Johnny Blaze remix of Diplos "Way More. On top of this, the CD also includes a video for "Percao.
As previously reported, Diplo is currently out on the road with Abe Vigoda, Boy 8-Bit and Telepathe for their "Mad Decent tour. Several of the Canadian dates have come and gone but theres still one more in Vancouver this Friday (October 30).
