Buzz-heavy Brooklynites DIIV have offered up another preview from their much-anticipated 2016 LP, Is the Is Are. You can bathe in the glossy, post-punk tones of "Under the Sun" now via an online stream.
While the recently previewed "Mire (Grant's Song)" was a dark and distorted beast, Zachary Cole Smith and the rest of the group offer up a much more optimistic and dreamy number this time around. As you'll hear below, the guitars are dripping in watery chorus effects, the beat packs a peppy punch, and the vocals have a muted but melodious feel.
You'll find the latest taste of Is the Is Are down below, while the album itself touches down February 5 via Captured Tracks.
