Diamond Mind

"Horseless Coach" (video)

While Edmonton trio Diamond Mind are about to head out on a Canadian tour in support of their forthcoming debut LP, Heavy Metal Sunshine, the band's music is helping score a Roswell-style shakedown in the new video for their "Horseless Coach."

A statement from the band's Liam Trimble explains that the music video was "largely inspired by the life of Frankie Dwyer Rowe and her experiences as a child in Roswell, New Mexico, during the summer of 1947." It casts the band as secret service and science types who get put in contact with a blue-skinned observer of malls and park scenes.

You can explore the video by giving it a peep down below, while Diamond Mind's Heavy Metal Sunshine is out October 7 via Wyatt Records.
