After sharing the standalone song "Faces" last month, former Majical Cloudz frontman Devon Welsh has returned with a second new track.
Titled "War," the song also arrives alongside a video, which finds Welsh delivering his lyrics with eyes locked firmly on the camera.
The song was written about frustrations and resentments that come in the wake of a of a lost friendship. "Making music is a personal thing for me," Welsh succinctly explained in a statement. "Ideally it is a reflection of something intimate."
Both "War" and "Faces" mark Welsh's first solo releases since last year's Dream Songs.
