Details On New Dillinger Four Album Emerge

With their vicious sense of humour and raw, energetic pop punk, Minneapolis punk quartet Dillinger Four have developed a rabid fan base since forming in 1994. As such, the lull since they released their last album, 2002’s fantastic Situationist Comedy, has left many frustrated with the wait. Long-delayed and laden with rumours, the album was fast becoming the Chinese Democracy of pop punk.

Fortunately, Fat Wreck Chords has posted some encouraging if scarce news on its website. For one, the album will definitely be called C I V I L W A R, as previously hinted. Secondly, it will be released on October 14 of this year. And while no definitive tracklisting has been confirmed, the album will include 13 tracks.

The band will be opening for NOFX on their October North American tour that includes two dates in both Toronto and Montreal.
