Destruction

All Hell Breaks Loose

BY Sean PalmerstonPublished Jul 1, 2000

Destruction was one of the original European speed metal bands of the '80s that made an impact in North America. They were one of the biggest underground bands at the time the original line-up dissolved, so understandably this new reunion record could be a big deal - and the band has never sounded this good. Recorded in Sweden, with famed producer Peter Tantgren behind the board, All Hell Breaks Loose has all the production value the first few Destruction albums sadly missed and hey, the songs are pretty damn good too. The band has updated their sound a little bit, but this is still Destruction and that sounds pretty damn good.
