Following a mysterious countdown on the band's website, Deerhunter revealed plans for the follow-up to 2013's Monomania. Their next record, Fading Frontier, is due out next month and to add to the anticipation, they've offered up a new video for "Breaker."
The clip was directed and edited by frontman Bradford Cox, though the song itself serves as the first ever duet between Cox and his band co-founder Lockett Pundt. Moses Archuleta and Josh McKay round out the lineup and also appear in the video, which sees close-up shots of the group morphing and blending into one another against a pastel palette. It's the perfect accompaniment to the song, which shares an equally hazy, dreamlike quality.
