Death Cab For Cutie have been announced as the headliners for Toronto's somewhat annual Olympic Island concert extravaganza on Saturday, June 7.
The event, which has seen acts such as Modest Mouse, Sloan, Bloc Party and Broken Social Scene join the party in the past, will also include Montreal's Stars, Oakland's Rogue Wave and Young Galaxy, who are also from Montreal and also on the Arts & Crafts label.
Tickets for the show go on sale this Thursday (April 3) at noon EST via Ticketmaster for a reasonable (?) $49.50 plus $6.00 for the ferry and whatever service charges apply. Tickets through other outlets such as the Horseshoe, Rotate This and Soundscapes will be available as of Friday (April 4).
