Death Cab for Cutie's Ben Gibbard Plays New Quarantine Song on 'Colbert'

He brought "Life in Quarantine" to the show

Death Cab for Cutie frontman Ben Gibbard has been making the most of his self-isolation situation, covering the likes of Radiohead, Neil Young and New Order during his nightly at-home concerts. He also used the time at home as an opportunity to recently write a new song called "Life in Quarantine," which he has now performed on live television.

Gibbard digitally swung by The Late Show with Stephen Colbert last night (May 13) to perform the song, which is a soft and bittersweet acoustic tune that fits perfectly with the rest of his oeuvre.
