Jack White's garage-noir band the Dead Weather haven't performed it a few years, but with them preparing to return to the stage for The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on September 14, the band have given us a taste of their live sound with a performance clip for "I Feel Love (Every Million Miles)."
The performance shows White hammering out rhymes from behind the kit, while Kills singer Alison Mosshart howls the lead vocals for their fiery blues rock tune. It's not quite your average performance video though, since it's given an air of stylistic theatricality by the black and white visuals, stacked tires, tinsel, and bodysuit-wearing figures.
Watch the video below. It was put together by Brad Holland and White. More performance videos and interview clips will reportedly follow.
The Dead Weather's album Dodge and Burn will be out on September 25 through Third Man Records.
