There's a new rock supergroup consisting of members of Jane's Addiction and Foo FightersDave Navarro, Taylor Hawkins and Chris Cheney just released their first material under the name NHC.

The three musicians have long histories together. Guitarist Navarro and bassist Cheney are members of Jane's Addiction, while Cheney and Foo Fighters drummer Hawkins previously played together in Alanis Morissette's band in the '90s (and neither of them came off particularly well in the recent Alanis documentary Jagged). All three musicians played in the David Bowie tribute band Ground Control earlier this year.

Hawkins handles lead vocals on the material they've released so far. They've released an in-studio performance video the stomping rocker "Feed the Cruel," plus the audio for the more brooding, meditative "Better Move On." Both feature some of Navarro's arena-ready guitar solos.
