TJ Riley — an emergency and trauma nurse at Jacobi Medical Center in Bronx, New York — was featured as Jimmy Kimmel's #HealthCareHero on last night's broadcast (April 27). Riley joined the broadcast from his home, where he has been recovering from COVID-19, entirely unaware that Grohl would soon appear on the video call.
Riley was admittedly "a little out of [his] mind" when the rock icon appeared onscreen, but soon got to live out every Grohl fan's dream when he was treated to an acoustic performance of "Everlong."
