Dave Grohl's Sound City documentary attracted a host of big-name stars for its original soundtrack, and a few of those musicians appear on the cut "From Can to Can't."
The moody number features Slipknot/Stone Sour vocalist Corey Taylor, Cheap Trick guitarist Rick Nielsen and Kyuss bassist Scott Reeder. It's a slow and dramatic mope-rock epic that builds up from some very grunge-y sounding arpeggios.

The Sound City - Real to Reel soundtrack is due out March 12 via Roswell Records. The film will be released digitally on February 1 with limited theatrical screenings taking place the day before. Grohl's Sound City Players will perform on January 18 in Park City, UT, for the Sundance Film Festival.
