Published Jul 28, 2015Bluegrass-y banjo man Darren Eedens brought his folksy sound to Guelph's Hillside Festival this past weekend, but if you didn't get a chance to catch him then, don't worry — he'll taking his tunes around the province of Ontario for the rest of the summer.
It's a return to familiar territory for the musician, who now calls the Welsh city of Cardiff home when he's not on the road. He's shared stages with the likes of Royal Wood, Melissa McClelland and Luke Doucet, though his blend of upbeat honky tonk stomp-alongs and harrowing folk ballads will be taking the spotlight on the upcoming dates.
