Montreal power pop purveyors Dany Laj and the Looks have been bringing their catchy tunes across the country this summer with tours of Ontario and Eastern Canada. Now, they've set their sights westward with the announcement of some upcoming shows for the fall.
Kicking off on September 17 at Pop Montreal, the band will trek across Ontario once again before embarking on a string of shows in Alberta and British Columbia. The jaunt home will also include stops in Regina (October 7) and Saskatoon (October 8) before things wrap up in Thunder Bay on October 10.
In addition to the tour announcement, the band have offered up a new video for "We Know," and Exclaim! has got the exclusive premiere. The tune comes from this year's Word on the Street, and the clip was filmed by Cory Bruyea. The slow-motion black-and-white footage features Laj and a fellow Look sharing a phone call from a receiver that's not actually plugged into anything.
