Published Jul 05, 2011In April, beloved Vancouver folksinger Dan Mangan opened up about his upcoming third LP, Oh Fortune, which he promised would be "hugely different" and "filled with noise and chaos." Now, he has officially announced that the album will come out on September 27 via Arts & Crafts.
The collection was produced by Colin Stewart (Black Mountain, Cave Singers). A press release confirms that it finds Mangan "exploring folk music's boundaries," blending his "signature wit and wisdom" with "ambitious arrangements made on a ever-widening canvas."
