As previously reported, Baltimore synth weirdo and neoclassical composer Dan Deacon is planning to release a new album called America. Going beyond the album's title, he's now revealed plans for a comprehensive North American and European tour.

Unveiling a 60-stop itinerary, Deacon will be busy from July until mid-November, with more dates promised soon. Already, he's unveiled a fair amount of Canadian stops, including a solo set in Antigonish on July 21 and ensemble performances in Vancouver on October 26, Toronto on November 9 and Montreal on November 10. The full schedule is available below.

In addition to the tour plans, Deacon has let loose the album artwork for America, which can be seen above. The album will be released on August 28 via Domino.
