Damon Albarn to Release 'Everyday Robots' Solo Album in April

BY Alex HudsonPublished Jan 19, 2014

Blur singer Damon Albarn had previously promised that he would release his first proper solo album in 2014. Sure enough, we've now learned some details about the impending collection.

The album is called Everyday Robots. It will be out on April 28; the North American release will presumably follow the next day. That's the rather mopey-looking album cover above. The 12-song tracklist is down below, and it reveals that some editions of the album will include a bonus DVD.

UPDATE: A press release has now confirmed that the album will indeed arrive via Parlophone on April 28.

This information was uncovered by the folks at fan site Damon Albarn Official [via Stereogum], who found a now-deleted listing on Warner's website.
