Fresh off collaborations with Ohio genre giant Steve Arrington and Nite Jewel earlier this year, L.A. boogie master Dâm-Funk will soon be traversing the continent on a lengthy North American tour. For some live support, his three-piece chopped 'n' screwed electro outfit Master Blazter, rounded out by keys wizard Computer Jay and hard-hitting drummer J-1, will join him on the tour.
The funkmosphere -- hey, his words, not ours -- works its way north from California, landing in Calgary on September 7 and Vancouver on September 8. From there, the trio will head through the U.S. Midwest before landing in Winnipeg on October 10. Dâm-Funk will cap off his Canadian run with dates at Wrongbar in Toronto on October 19 and Montreal's Le Belmont the following day.
