Cymbals Eat Guitars recently announced a new LP titled Pretty Years, and now the Staten Island outfit have revealed plans to take the new material on the road this fall.
The shows get underway on September 7 in New Haven, CT, then find the band covering the northeastern United States, before heading south, then west, and winding up in Canada for a single show in Vancouver on October 4. After that, they'll return stateside where the whole tour wraps up in Philadelphia on October 16.
For much of the tour, Cymbals Eat Guitars will be joined by Field Mouse, and you can see the complete list of upcoming gigs below.
Beyond that, you can also hear another track from the upcoming album. Titled "4th of July, Philadelphia (SANDY)," the tune follows "Wish" and pays homage to a memorable summer night in 2015. There's mention of Alex G, fireworks and drunk people, so it's sure to be a good time.
As previously reported, the John Congelton-produced Pretty Years will arrive on September 16 via Sinderlyn.
