Cursed Arrows Relaunch as Bardos, Release New Album and Embark on Canadian Tour

BY Alex HudsonPublished Aug 15, 2014

If it feels like a minute since you've heard from married Toronto garage duo Cursed Arrows, that's because they've changed their name to Bardos. Their first album under the new name is called Stolen Sex Tapes, and it's out today (August 15). The album coincides with the start of a big Canadian tour.

The Cursed Arrows members are now going by the names Fox Killdeer and Pinky Bardo. Despite the change in monikers, their sound is still crunchy and garage-hewn. For a taste of this, check out a storage space music video for the album's title track below.

As for the tour, the bulk of it runs from mid-August to mid-September, in which time they will start in Ontario before travelling across the Prairies to the West Coast and making their way back. After that, they have a small handful of early fall dates. See the schedule for this so-called "Roadkill Tour" below.
