Crystal Castles

"Sad Eyes"

BY Gregory AdamsPublished Nov 7, 2012

Crystal Castles pushed the release of their next album (III) to next Monday (November 12), but at least another clubby number has dropped from the set. This one's called "Sad Eyes," and you can check it out via a BBC Radio 1 rip down below.

The track has a fired-up, four-on-the-floor rhythm, which pulses powerfully beneath a bed of with multi-syncopated synth slashes. Alice Glass, meanwhile, counters the amped-up electro anthem with some intoxicating whispers.

As previously reported, Last Gang will stock shelves with the release next week.
