The clip kicks off with a tattered set of dungarees doing the dip in front of a squiggly neon background, à la the original Saved by the Bell opening credits.
The rest of the video features some early morning lunge exercises, some serious pizza chompin', and floating-head hair-whipping that would put a crick in a neck, if only there were one to be found.
