Though Reed Mullin has been spending plenty of time plugging Teenage Time Killers this year, the many-membered all-star project can't exactly head out on tour. Luckily, the metal drummer still has Corrosion of Conformity on the go and will hit the road with the rest of the North Carolina crossover crew by November.
Dubbed the "Deliverance Revival Throwdown" tour, the trip reunites the classic, mid-'90s lineup of Mullin, guitarist/vocalist Pepper Keenan, guitarist Woody Weatherman and bassist Mike Dean. They will be playing tracks off of 1994's super swampy Deliverance, which they had treated to a deluxe vinyl reissue in 2014, via Prosthetic Records.
The upcoming tour mostly hits up the U.S., but there are Canadian dates booked at Vancouver's Venue on November 19 and at Toronto's Opera House on December 1.
Joining the band the whole trip through will be Fu Manchu member Brant Bjork's Low Desert Punk Band, Mothership, and Los Angeles stoner troupe Saviours, who are gearing up for the release of their Palace of Vision LP.
