​Corey Hart Will Be Inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame

Corey Hart is the latest artist to be given an induction into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame. He will officially be granted the honour during the Juno Awards ceremony.
 
The Montreal-born singer is best known for hits like "Sunglasses at Night" and "Never Surrender." His first studio album was released in 1983, and he will release his first album in over 20 years, Dreaming Time Again, on May 3.
 
"I am deeply humbled by this invitation into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame," Hart said in a statement. "It's an incredible honour to be acknowledged alongside so many other talented and venerable Canadian artists."
 
The Canadian Music Hall of Fame was established in 1978, and past inductees include Leonard Cohen, Joni Mitchell, Neil Young, the Tragically Hip and Shania Twain.

The 2019 Juno Awards will take place on March 17 in London, ON, and will be broadcast live at 8 p.m.
