Cops Shut Down Megan Thee Stallion's "Hot Girl Summer" Video Shoot

BY Sarah MurphyPublished Aug 14, 2019

Megan Thee Stallion finally gave us the "Hot Girl Summer" anthem we deserve, but the accompanying music video isn't rolling out quite so smoothly.

While filming the video at a house in the Hollywood Hills area of Los Angeles last Friday (August 9), police received a complaint and shut the shoot down due to a lack of proper permits, according to TMZ.

Luckily, they were able to relocate and get back on schedule later that evening at a different house 50 miles east of L.A.

No official teasers have been unveiled, but guests Nicki Minaj and Ty Dolla $ign have both posted photos from set on Instagram.

Check those out down below, and stay tuned for the forthcoming "Hot Girl Summer" video.
