The Concretes Return to Canada on North American Tour

BY Gregory AdamsPublished Nov 16, 2010

Despite once having a ton of gear lifted from their trailer in NYC, Swedish pop group the Concretes haven't given up on North America just yet. Last week's release of WYWH, the outfit's latest disco-indebted disc, has the Concretes pumped to play their new swirling dance tunes, which explains their recent tour announcement.

Along with a pile of U.S. dates, the band will hit up several cities north of the border, including Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal and Vancouver. While it would be advised to bring some sturdy platforms and maybe an afro wig to get down to the glossy '70s club twinkle of newer tunes "Good Evening" and "All Day," maybe you should slip some extra cash to the club's security so they can watch the band's van while they strut it onstage. After all, we don't want to get a reputation over here.

WYWH is available now via Friendly Fire, and you can check out all the scheduled dates below.
