Having just released their brand new EP, The Prospekt's March, last week, Coldplay are now giving away another brand new track called "Lhuna," which just so happens to be a duet featuring label-mate and Australian pop queen Kylie Minogue.

Coldplay will be offering the free download today via the (RED)WIRE campaign website, which as we recently reported is being spearheaded by the saintly Bono.

According to a news post on Coldplay's website, the song was a leftover from their newest album, Viva La Vida Or Death and All His Friends. The post reads:

While Coldplay were recording Viva La Vida, Aussie popster Kylie Minogue joined them in the Bakery to record a song called "Lhuna." That song will make its debut today as part of the launch party for RED(WIRE), a new charity digital service which will help buy life-saving medicine for those living with HIV/AIDS in Africa.

(RED)WIRE has announced that forthcoming exclusive downloads will include a Christmas single featuring the Killers, Elton John and Pet Shop Boys' Neil Tennant, John Legend covering Bob Marley's "Redemption Song," Elvis Costello teaming up with the Police for liver versions of "Watching the Detectives" and "Walking On the Moon," and new unreleased tracks from U2 and Dixie Chicks.
