Last week, Coldplay cryptically revealed plans for their next and final LP A Head Full of Dreams, then teased fans with a mysterious trailer. Now, the band have cleared things up a bit, offering up full details about the upcoming release and sharing a new song.
A Head Full of Dreams was recorded in Malibu, Los Angeles and London, with Norwegian duo Stargate and longtime collaborator Rik Simpson serving as producers. The record features some impressive guest appearances from the likes of Beyoncé, Noel Gallagher, Tove Lo and Merry Clayton.
A press release describes the forthcoming effort as "an album that's bursting with energy, colour and big, life-affirming moments," and new single "Adventure of a Lifetime" marks listeners' introduction to that joyful sound.
