Coldplay have been rolling out lyrics from Ghost Stories via a worldwide scavenger hunt in libraries, and now they've shared a new album cut with "A Sky Full of Stars."
The song was produced by EDM star Avicii, and his influence can be felt in the filtering piano and thumping, four-on-the-floor dance passages. There are also all the usual hallmarks of a Coldplay ballad, from soaring guitar echoes to Chris Martin's sensitive croons and Hallmark-worthy metaphors.
