Coldplay delivered their latest record A Head Full of Dreams last week, and last night (December 7) Chris Martin and the gang celebrated the release with an appearance on The Late Late Show with James Corden. Doused in colourful lights and backed by a kaleidoscopic set, the band bounced their way through their latest single "Adventure of a Lifetime," then followed it up a performance of the album's title track.
