CocoRosie Announce Canada/U.S. Live Dates, Tour-Only EP

While they haven't had much in the way of new releases since 2007's characteristically epic The Adventures of Ghosthorse and Stillborn, French weird folk duo CocoRosie are rumoured to be holed up at work on their fourth album. The record, which is said to be coming in 2010, doesn't yet have anything by way of an official announcement to guarantee its arrival.

What we do know, however, is that they'll be spending their autumn in North America, when they go on a September-long tour. The series of live dates kicks off in New York on September 2 and concludes in Los Angeles on September 21. In between they'll play four Canadian dates in Quebec City, Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver.

And if you're really craving some new CocoRosie, the girls do have a brand new self-released EP called Coconuts, Plenty of Junkfood, but it can only be picked up at live shows.
